Gotjawal Park, Fantastic Forests



With ‘Gotjawal’, a natural primeval forest formed during volcanic eruptions
Efforts to protect the nature of Jeju

· Offer various educational programs to protect the forest for generations to come 
· Use only locally grown ingredients in cooperation with local farmers for all the food and beverages served in the park
· Serve organic meals supplied by local businesses for catering


‘Damang’, a foot-bath cafe for visitors who have finished a healing walk at the forest

· Reuse the water that has been used for foot baths to water gardens and adds to waterfalls
· Use 100% indigenous Jeju plants as ingredients for foot baths 


Programs to encourage travelers to be considerate

· Offer discounts on admission fees to visitors who arrive by public transportation, by bicycle, or on foot
· Offer discounts on beverages served in the park to visitors who bring their own tumblers
